Leslie Nielsen dead at the age of 84
Last Sunday, the world said goodbye to a legendary Canadian Actor, and Comedian. Leslie Nielsen has 239 film and television credits to his name according to IMDB, all of which varying from tear jerking serious, but more commonly known, comedy that would make audiences cry as well.
His delivery could not be matched as this clip will surely justitfy his fame. (But, don't call me Shirley.)
Cookie Monster; Live from New York?
Cookie Monster has claimed viral status by posting an audition tape proving he is the right fit to host Saturday Night Live. He began his campaign on YouTube, but then went straight to Facebook with a dedicated "Public Figure" group. Many say his inspiration is the iconic Betty White who managed to pull the same viral stunt just a few months ago.
NetFlix gets tangled by ComCast
The new online streaming phenomena may be screeching to an unforseen halt. Comcast, the provider for the booming Netflix just announced there will be increased service fees in the very near future.
"It is our hope that Comcast’s senior management, for whom we have great respect, will closely consider their position on this issue and adopt an approach that will better serve Comcast and Comcast’s customers."
Netflix was the main reason the USA's chain of Blockbuster retailers shut down. If the service fees kicked in sooner and less users made the change, there would be a whole other ending to this story.
